YOU DRINK COKE?

Today i was blogging and found something really sad.. actually i came across a blog which belonged to an old man. he had no family members for his support... he is really not keeping well... says that i can die any day now... coz he has all the possible ailments... went through number of operations. takes so many insulins each day... and tablets ofcourse.. he looks quiet depressed.. even after all this the sad thing is that instead of taking care of his health by consuming healthy food like.. pulses, fruits , veggies.... u wont believe he eats all the possible junks like burgers... pizzas... thats quiet ok but really not good for him at this time.... but what freaked me the most was that he has 2 cups of COKE...that to EVERY DAY!!Now people who dont know the truth behind COKE might just think, what is this girl speaking all about.. but YES ITS TRUE..COKE will kill you thats what i can say..not just COKE any areated drink for that matter.I dont know whether the old man really knew that COKE is bad or just May be he had no one to help out... poor old man. i really feel pity on him.. but some one had to tell him that his food habit is not good, right? so i did that job.. hope he follows it.. lets pray to god that he gets well soon.. People dont really want to digest the fact that its really bad to have these areated drinks... there should be a BIG NO for COKE,PEPSI and all the soft drinks..if you arent aware of the facts then let me just tell u what COKE really IS!! Its better if we know certain things.. so that we make a healty living.. right? who wants a unhealthy life. But ofcourse each being on this earth has the right to live the way he or she wants..[but we want a extravagant life right and thats why we leave our dreams aside and get so busy in making money..that we neglect our health & finally land up no where..thats life after all..things are never gonna change i guess!!..] well i am doing my duty of informing the unknown that COKE is very bad for health.. then its completly up to you my dear!!
Did you know??
In many states in USA highway patrol carries two gallons COKE in a trunk to remove blood from the highway after a car accident!
The active ingredient in COKE is phosphoric acid... its pH is 2.8.it will dissolve a nail in about 4 days.
To carry Coca Cola syrup(concentrate)the commercial truck must use the hazardous material place cards reserved for highly corrosivematerials.
The distributors of COKE have been using it to clean the engine for their trucks for about 20 years!
Pour a can of Coca-Cola into the toilet bowl. Let the "real thing" sit for one hour, then flush clean!!try this out.. :-)
To remove rust spots from chrome car bumpers: Rub the bumper with a crumpled-up piece of Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil dipped in Coca-Cola.
To clean corrosion from car battery terminals: Pour a can of Coca-Cola over the terminals to bubble away the corrosion.
To loosen a rusted bolt: Applying a cloth soaked in Coca-Cola to the rusted bolt for several minutes.
To remove grease from clothes: Empty a can of Coke into a load of greasy clothes, add detergent, and run through a regular cycle. The Coca-Cola will help loosen grease stains. It will also clean road haze from your windshield.
To bake a moist ham: Empty a can of Coca-Cola into the baking pan; Wrap the ham in aluminum foil, and bake. Thirty minutes before theham is finished, remove the foil, allowing the drippings to mix with the Coke for a sumptuous brown gravy. [P.S i have not tried this recipe... and i DONT WANT YOU to try it either... its just for your general knowledge.] :-)

And you know, A college in delhi had organised a competition, who ever drinks the maximum number of coke will be declared winner..and the winner drank nearly 5 bottles of coke and died on the spot..due to the increase of carbon dioxide content in his body..Now you know??

SO... THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU GULP DOWN A BOTTLE OF COKE OR PEPSI OR ANY SOFT DRINK..

I WOULD RATHER SUGGEST YOU TO GO FOR FRESH FRUIT JUICES TO COOL DOWN YOUR THIRST..something like.... apple, carrot, lemon, orange, pineapple, pomogranate, water melon juice..you can also go for sugarcane juice if its available in your city.if you come around mangalore any time then spotting a sugarcane juice stall is not a big deal its is found in most of the street stalls here.but if you are quiet much into cleanliness and hygiene just like me then street stalls are not the right place for you.But no worrys,If you want to have hygienically flavoured sugarcane juice, then you will find a joint in Bharath Mall. You will wonder how much technology has changed these days isnt it!:-)

And oh my god,ya of course how can i forget this natural drink.. tender coconut juice.. lots of it available here in mangalore.. and i just love it. nothing can ever be better than that..We call it bonda.. One thing that you should not miss when you're in Mangalore is this chilled coconut juice.we call it the Bonda juice - this chilled tender coconut juice [bonda juice] which will be a little sweeter than the natural tender coconut juice where they add little of sugar syrup and lime juice..that'll drive you crazy and you'll be asking for more! Try out this chilled coconut juice in case you happen to visit Jimmy's Supermarket (Falnir Road) - there's a tea/coffee/juice stand next to it which serves awesome chilled coconut juice! this shop is known as R B juice corner.
